Anime watching tiem!

Finally I pulled myself together to begin watching more anime again, and this time with inspiration from the World Cosplay Summit in Nagoya that were earlier this month.
I took notice of where thy cosplayed from and ended up deciding to check out the animes that I didnt know or had seen already. And I also checked out the games on google, amazing stuff ^w^

There wont be any pictures today though.. Im a little busy artwise, bu next time I will write a review of Kaleido Star.. Im just writing this to show you people out there that Im not completely dead ^^,

Ao No Exorcist; 1st review

Yes!!

Today the Ao no Exorcist anime finally got released! \o/
It was a huge pleasure to finally be able to see it after have been watching the previews for it so many times on youtube.

So while I was eating my dinner, I watched the RAW episode, as it wasnt possible to find a place to watch it subbed at that time. After been watching it in RAW, I simply was stunned. I waited for a little while untill I also could watch the episode over again, this time with english subtitles.
And I have to say, even though there still only are this single episode up, that I love it so far.
It seems to follow the lines and story from the manga, very nicely.
Spoilerwarning for the following!!:

Enjoy Rins super-funny face. Found it hillarious and simply had to share it with whomever are reading this blog of mine. This is just after he have been scolded by his 'father', telling him that he have to get a job to survive in this world and that he seems always to get in trouble. ^^;

After the accidents in the store where Rin got fired from already on his first day at work, 'Father' goes down to a secret basement where he opens a drawer, only to find the seal broken on the katana. Once again the animators follow the story very beautifully.

This has to be one of my favourite screenshots from the anime. Where Rin discovers his blue flames after been having a pretty strange morning filled with small 'dust' demons, and getting attacked by the same boys as you see in the start of the anime. A little after that his 'Father' comes and begins to reveal the secret about Rins being, and who his really father is, and this is where the 1st episode ends.

I so looking forward to next sunday where the next episode will come, and it seems like Mephisto will get his first appearance in the anime ( on other things then a first-aid box that Rins younger twinbrother; Yukio, owns ) xD

Hope you guys could use this for at least something. More will come up later~

Anime Spring season 2011!

Phew long time no update. 

But now I have returned >:3

This time with a little update about the new season of animes that have already started slowly up.

Personally I'm really looking forward to watching Ao no Exorcist, as I have been reading the manga since it was released on mangafox ^^; Its a very good story, and from what I can see on the teasers on youtube, it seems to be pretty awesome as anime.

Another series Im looking forward to watching are Gintama 2nd season,

Deadman wonderland:  Another one I have been reading online, its so intersting 8D

Steins;Gate, The World God Only Knows 2nd season, Maria Holic Alive, Dog Days, Worlds First Love, Black Lagoon, High school of the dead, kaichou wa maid-sama, Fairy Tail, xxHolic and Princess Ressurrection are especially the ones that awakens my interest. But of course, I will try my best to give the other animes a chance too, though I have to say that I am very doubtfull about X-men anime.. To me it should just stay cartoon and comic as it is and not get anime-zed >>' 

But thats just my opinion.

1st entry and Monochrome Factor

Welcome to my blog where I will write randomly about the more geeky things I stumble across It will most be things like animes and mangas though.

The first anime I am gonna write about is Monochrome Factor.

A little screenshot of Akira, Shirogane and Aya.

It was pure boredom who let me find Monochrome Factor. I saw a cosplayer cosplaying Shirogane, which made me curious so I ended up googling is name and found the anime the cosplayer had been cosplaying from.
I started watching it this night, and I have to say that it took me nearly asap I saw it. Its quite comedic, and the plot is not totally wel-worked, but still you will end up liking this series, especially if you are into fanservice or just tones of Shounen-ai.


Shirogane teasing Akira.


Its a little bit hard to write about the anime without spoiling to much, but I can sy it like this: Akira, who is the main-character, are a guy who very easily gets bored, his only reason for going to school is because he got " Nothing better to do. " There are very hillarious moments in almost each episode.

I think Shirogane likes to toy with Akira, as he loves to just test the young boys personal boundaries. It never fails to amuse me when Akira are just like: " Dont touch, dont say that, dont even come near me! " Time after time.
Oh and we may not forget the bad guys. They do look like steretypical bad guys, but I still like how screwd up the 'main' bad guy look.


Nanaya, the baddie.

His name is Nanaya and kinda makes me think of him being a mix between Yamamoto, Xanxus and Byakuran from Katekyo Hitman Reborn! x'D
Its really messy and psyco personality he has, but his design are great. So far as I've seen ( 7 episodes ) oes he also have a partner which is a pink-dressed little girl named Lulu.. I cant stand her personality, she is way to fangirlish, and tends to swarm around Shirogane whenever he is around in a fight.
I would like to say that I like the opening and ending songs, but that is sadly not how it is.
I like the melody in the opening song, but as soon as the songstress opens her mouth and begins to sing, I think it kinda destroys the song, they should have chosen one with a slightly darker and not so pincy voice.
I havent really been listening after the ending song as I am a little impatient after the next episode. But I will try to notice it so I can write about it next time I blog.
